Transformation Christian Counseling

Transformation Christian Counseling Center , the professional counseling branch of the Ministries of Jesus, provides Christian counseling to church members, clients of Ministries of Jesus, and the community at large.  Within a caring and confidential setting, clients have the opportunity to receive counseling from counselors who have completed professional level coursework and are licensed (or under licensure supervision) by the State of Oklahoma, and who are also believers in Christ, committed to bringing Christian principles and worldview into the therapeutic experience whenever the client is receptive.  Although people of other faiths are welcome to receive counseling through Transformation Christian Counseling Center, Christians will be able to have confidence in the mission of the center, which is,

To help people improve their relationship with God and others by facilitating Christ’s emotional healing in their lives.

In order to fund the costs of Transformation Christian Counseling Center, a sliding scale will be utilized for payments, based on a client’s income level   Those clients coming through Ministries of Jesus with low income status will receive an appropriate number of counseling sessions at no charge, followed by a small sliding scale payment.  Others who have more resources will start higher on the sliding scale, but the goal is to provide an opportunity for everyone to have access to counseling at a cost manageable for them personally.


Because people are 3-part beings (body, soul, and spirit), with thoughts and emotions being part of the soul, our emotions are a significant part of ourselves, and cannot simply be ignored or dismissed.  Sometimes emotions resulting from past or present problems manifest themselves in our lives in unhealthy and painful ways, keeping us from the life God has in mind for us.  Transformation Christian Counseling Center will be a resource for people experiencing emotional difficulty individually, in marriage, in family or in other relationships, to receive ministry from those knowledgeable about how people can move forward to receive and appropriate Christ’s emotional healing in their lives.
