Discipleship Program
Ministries of Jesus (MOJ) is launching a discipleship program to help MOJ patients and clients that wish to grow more spiritually, to have the opportunity to do so. Many are not connected to a church and have little or no background in what it means to follow Jesus. They hear the gospel, are prayed with, and have Scripture shared with them during their appointments, but many questions remain. Some do pray and begin a relationship with Jesus, but then what? This discipleship program is intended to fill in the gaps and help build foundations of faith.
Two Tracks:
The Goal:
How it works?
- One for believers to learn the foundations of faith (14 weeks)
- One for seekers to learn who Jesus is (7 weeks)
The Goal:
- Opportunity for spiritual growth
- Help connect to a local church
- Earn an MOJ Graduation Certificate
How it works?
- Spanish & English curriculum will be provided (others may be added later)
- Discipleship will be done 1:1 with a trained volunteer
- Discipleship times scheduled around availability of both patient/client and volunteer
