Executive Director Joe Pierce, EdD
Joe brings extensive nonprofit leadership experience and a heart for whole-person ministry. With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Master’s in Education, and decades of experience in organizational development and strategic planning, he provides visionary guidance while maintaining the Christ-centered mission that defines MOJ’s work. His background in educational administration and nonprofit management uniquely positions him to lead an organization that integrates professional excellence with kingdom purpose.
Under Joe’s leadership, MOJ has expanded comprehensive services while staying true to The Jesus Way™ of compassionate, professional care that addresses the whole person. He has guided the organization through strategic growth, developed innovative ministry partnerships, and strengthened community impact while maintaining fiscal responsibility and board governance excellence.

Mason Phillips is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with both his B.A. in Psychology: Pre-Counseling and M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oklahoma Baptist University.
He began his career serving families in Shawnee and rural southeast Oklahoma and later provided therapy for participants in Oklahoma County’s Treatment Court Programs.
Mason went on to serve as one of the first therapists at Arcadia Trails Integris, a residential center for individuals beginning long-term recovery from substance use. He is also a frequent speaker on reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and addiction treatment.
With his background in family and relationship therapy, Mason believes the way we relate to ourselves, others, and God creates lasting change. As a Christian, he affirms that God cares deeply about mental health and relationships, making counseling a vital part of the Church’s mission.
